The second time making these was definitely the charm. These are very similar to the salmon patties, but they are Keto-friendly and made from chicken. Sooooo good!
.75 lbs. Chicken minced
1 egg
1/6 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
1 Tbsp Fresh Chives
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and let rest for 5-10 minutes
Heat on medium (best with butter) for 4 minutes per side. Drool optional but you will find it in excess. Soooo good!
