Keto Chocolate Bar Ingredients
Note: The full ingredients list is provided in the recipe card below.
– Unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder: I prefer to use Ghiradelli 100% Cocoa powder or Hershey’s 100% Cacao Natural Unsweetened, but any unsweetened variety will do in a pinch.
– Coconut Oil: It helps the chocolate harden and maintains the glossy appearance of the chocolate coating. I recommend using Organic Coconut Oil.
– Sweetener: Allulose is my preferred keto sweetener of choice. Monk fruit sweetener and erythritol can also be used, but there is a risk of being slightly gritty.
– Dried Fruit: I adore the combination of coconut and chocolate, so I use unsweetened Shredded Coconut in this recipe. But you can add any unsweetened dried fruit of your preference, such as cherry, cranberries, etc., just make sure no sugar has been added to it.
