And if I had a slip-up, like eating a slice of pizza or drinking a beer? Well, that would be the end of me—the scale would go up 5 pounds overnight!
I finally figured out that all these diets were doing was making me miserable and depriving me of the joys of life: food! So now I eat whatever I want—including dessert after dinner—and have lost 35 pounds and gained muscle mass in the process. Here’s how:
