I lost five pounds during this week.
Those three very-low calorie days weren’t intended; they just happened. And since I wasn’t freakin’ out or starving, I just let it happen. In other words, in spite of my success (I’ve never lost more than two pounds in a single week before) I don’t intend to keep my intake that low for any period of time ’cause looking at the protein and carb intake it seems like it might be unhealthy.
