With the new vise stand in place, the plan was to repurpose the old vise stand as the new welding stand. The original one was a tad too tall and the vise as it’s mooring took up a lot of floor space (and I was often knocking the foot pedal into it). This one’s SUPER solid now and a bit lower. Also decided to add a bit of work space to it’s top. Testing out how large that plate should be. I’m also going to add a ground to the base so the lead from the welding attaches to the back of the stand and then the whole stand is grounded.
